事实上，网贷行业日益普遍的逃废债行为已经引起了监管方面的关注。

7月16日，中国互联网金融协会在专题座谈会上提出，要加强社会诚信文化建设，相关部门应进一步加大打击恶意逃废债等行为，维护规范合同的存续效力。同时，进一步发挥司法协作、资金存管、信息披露、信用信息共享等基础设施手段作用，形成失信联合惩戒。

浙江浙江省互联网金融联合会、杭州市互联网金融协会、上海互金整治办、广东互联网金融协会等机构也相继发声，打击恶意逃废债成为行业共识，如何有效打击则成遏制P2P风险持续蔓延的关键。

“打击逃废债最重要的是，需要相关方面建立持续追缴制度。即使是平台出现倒闭、清盘的情况，也需要对借款人继续追缴贷款。在保障投资人利益的同时，切断借款人无需还款的幻想。”江翰说。
